Bartók in Budapest Conference

Fees and Application

PRICE INCLUDES: 7 nights lodging in 4-star hotel in center city Budapest, breakfast and lunch daily,
two dinners, and all conference activities.

An application deposit is required.
Prices do not include transportation to Budapest, Hungary.
 
Cello rentals are available.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The faculty welcomes pre-formed quartets as well as individual musicians.
Please note that enrollment is limited to 40 participants per week.

Acceptance will depend upon the number of applicants and the need for balanced instrumentation in assembling the participants into full quartets.

Fees include a non-refundable deposit of $500 per participant and $300 per guest. Payment in full is due by October 15, 2008. No refunds after October 15, 2008.
In the case of applicants who are not accepted, deposits will be returned. 

We strongly recommend personal travel insurance to cover the possibility
of unexpected cancellation.

Neither Danubius Hotel Group/Hotel Astoria nor MSQ Enterprises, Inc. is responsible for personal property or personal injury.
